Ok thanks so much for your help. I bought a fan today and have it circulating the air in that room. I left my flex watt set to my original settings.

This is my first summer in this house so I'm still trying to tweak things.

Just to clarify one thing: my probe is attached directly to my flex watt inside the rack but it isn't actually in the tub - if my tubs heat up beyond my set point - will the helix shut down the flex watt??

I'd suggest a bit lower myself 78-82º ideally and a MAX of 88º at an 89º I'd stop offering food as digestion might be an issue.
