    The smallest true boa you'll find is a Tarahumara local Bci, like Tim mentioned. A specific locality boa from Mexico that stays really small comaratively.

    If you're just looking for any type of boa, than the smallest are Candoia carinata (New Guinea Tree Boa), sand boas, and rubber boas.
