I do not use the flash when shooting in the light box.

I have the Canon Rebel as well. But dont have any snake pics yet, since we are so new to this world. Just wanted to add that I really like my Rebel. :)
Also, that I LOVE everyones pics with the lightboxes Very cool- Thanks for sharing!
