Ambient and Hs temps are 100% different game. Keep an eye on them and allow temps to return to normal. Naturally don't try to shock them down. As Jen said make sure there is enough fresh water for them and keep an eye on them for any issues. Hopefully they will be ok. they can manage higher than optimal temps for short periods so they my be ok. Did the hot spot shut down (tstat that is)?

Having the hot spot at 100 means they can still move to the cool side.
Having your ambient temps at 100 degrees with no way to escape the heat is very different and can lead to neurological issues in some animal especially if exposed for an extended period of time, I have seen it first hand.
Re: 100 Degree Ambient Temp? Fatal or not?
I for sure know the thermostats turned off, they are all Herpstat's. They should have all been at 0%. I was leaving for work at 3am after already working over 50 hours in 4 days. Silly mistake and by no means is excusable, but I am human and am in no way perfect. I'll keep updates on here, they all look ok so far. Thanks for your help, if anyone else has an experience with this happening. Feel free to put the details up.

You have already experienced temperature problems. Get yourself a temp gun, or at the very least a digital thermometer, and know your temperatures.
You may have gotten lucky here, great. Don't leave the future to chance. Know your temps, stop guessing.
Re: 100 Degree Ambient Temp? Fatal or not?
Thanks everyone for the responses, I checked over them all last night and they all seem fine. Has anyone had anything similar happen with gravid females?

Thanks for the input Robyn, that is actually how I know the temp was 100. One of our TWO Temp guns registered the ceiling at 100F. My girlfriend didn't check any other areas so its kind of an unknown.
