    Ball pythons are ill adapted to deal with cold, and I bet that's about 98% of the problem.

    And 3 hoppers every 7 days is an unneeded stress as well. Try moving up a size and only offering one slightly bigger prey item. Believe it or not, I've had snakes stop eating because they were sick of being fed three or four items they previously devoured greedily.

    Give him a minimum of 4 days at warmer temps, then offer him a slightly bigger live rat, and I bet he'll be more than ready to eat.

    The vet visit is a very good idea, much better to be safe than sorry.

    I would move him back into the other room. he was eating in that room so all that was going on in there didn't stress him to go off feed. the temp change to the cooler room seems to be adding problems that you can avoid. if he's starting to get sick you want even higher temps than normal so the snake can
    hopefully fight it without meds. don't wait
