    I think people should be required to take a test to having children too, but that's never going to happen... Even if people know the correct way to care for an animal, it doesn't mean that they are going to (especially after the puppy-factor wears off.) At least it would prevent the owner that have absolutely NO clue how to properly care for the animal they are acquiring, whether they ultimately do it or not. =(

    When I was little(5th grade) my brother got tired of his snake and gave him to me, we really didn't know how to take care of him :( He had a 65g terrarium with a big water dish he could fit in and driftwood and hides but his sheds always looked the first image. I've never forgiven myself for failing him like I did.
