Escapee! Help!

Carpets are arboreal . . . you're going to need to be thinking like him and look for warm and high places. Not your typically low and hidden. I would try putting a heat lamp out on a high curtain rod, or bookshelf where the snake might be attracted to.

Well, it's now 5:27 in the morning, and I just woke up to the sound of my favorite expensive porcelain cat falling from its shelf. I look up, and guess who the culprit was.

So she's back, in one piece, no scratches, cuts, bruises, or anything. Just a fun night on the run. The cat, if you were wondering, is reparable. Of course she couldn't knock over the NOT porcelain things. Like a wooden picture frame.

Oh well. Thanks for your help anyway, guys.

Thank you. Just because she CAN hurt the snake doesn't mean she WILL. Anyway, I found her, so crisis averted.

Yeah, definitely. I planned on getting her a PVC cage, just need to actually get the money for it. Depending on what I get in the trade for her, my lazy, far less inclined to escape ball may go to her cage until I get the PVCs.

Not what i meant at all. jinx had posted above me that he would be more worried about the dog biting the snake. I look at her sig and see she has a pitbull. So i just put pitbull > snake to agree with what jinx had said. Then i saw she wrote the thing about the dog being a sissy. If she had a poodle i would have put poodle > snake. The dog being a pitbull has nothing to do with the price of tea in china, or however that saying goes lol. For the record im a huge fan of pitbulls and any other bully breeds. My family has a german shepherd now, and plenty of people have been leery of her over the years. Not as bad as pitbulls though.
And even if someones dog is a sissy how would they know how the dog would react if a snake strikes at them? I mean im sure my dog would start barking like crazy and run away too but you dont know for sure.
