Yea, they eat anything. Even if its too big for them to swallow whole, he will just rip it to shreds and eats what he likes...

They told me to freeze Lucky (as a pup, he was refused) so I bottle fed him and kept him, and got him a friend...Charlie lol. Cute dinner SUCKS

I have a medium sized critter keeper with a water bottle, food dish, bedding, the whole 9-yards. Gotta keep them well fed and watered while they wait for their final destination (snake's stomach). I doubt I'll ever keep one as a pet, no matter how cute..

I buy 10 mice at a time now. Currently have 10 in a critter keeper just got yesterday. Clean it out every weekend or the smell becomes unbearable. They look starved when I first get them, then a week later they are fat and plump. Just the way I want them to be. ;)

    Leftovers in my house?

Whenever I pick up my feeders, before they are chosen, I address them as "Ye who are about to die". If my snakes don't want to eat, then I have a nice snapping turtle lounging in his 180 gallon tank who is always more than happy to be my executioner on hand.

Our nile takes care of any leftovers we might have! Shes a garbage disposal that would eat us out of house and home if we let her!

It is hard not getting attached to some of our feeders. Rats are amazingly social and intelligent animals! Speaking of which, I need to let our boys out tonight. They've been confined to their cages for the past few days because of our work schedule.
