    Well, the humane society says the inspector came back from the pet shop and said there were no problem areas found, the cages were not in poor living conditions, huh? and the store was in proper buisness order.
    I thought I'd let you in on the outcome .

    Maybe they had a tip ahead of time that someone was coming in to check the shop. Sometimes store owners will have friends in the HS/ASPCA, especially if it's a smaller metro area or town.
