Dont let him fool you guys, Rob is that scrawny guy in the back! hahaha jk jk

This sounded dumb to me at first but now im kinda intrigued. It sounds good, i enjoy eating everything you listed. Especially since its summer i tend to eat more fresh vegetables from the garden. So you basically cut out everything processed, so that means like no lunch meat, and fresh hamburger or chicken instead? The only thing i think i woul have to cheat on is drinking milk. I loveeee me some milk lol.
Do you have any links to sites that talk about it?

Yeah me too! I have tweaked some minor things here and there but keeping the core idea of paleo to this point. I'm going to cut dairy out and see how I do.

Are frozen vegetables allowed or does everything have to be fresh?

I would just die with out my cows and carbs. Really, no cheese or pasta?? No processed foods sound great for your health though. I have actually heard a few people talking about that lately.

Mike, you have to read the caution on the side of the steamer bags...j/k lol

I take a test booster when not on a cycle along with creatine, whey protein, my daily sports vitamin, but yeah I just eat the heck out of chicken and load on straight protein when I eat. I was never big on loading up for carbs with pastas and all that.

Edit: Def not that big of a fit nut either, I don't have the motivation to lift that much any more by myself, I really only go when I can go lift with one of my boys.
Let me know how cutting all of this works Rob I'm really curious.
