    The area does look a bit enflamed. If you are not actually putting pressuse there and pushing the area out making it look like that then I would suggest keeping her on clean paper towels until all of that puffy redness goes away. Wiping a bit of witch hazel on it with a paper towel every day will help the inflammation go down. Then id try to figure out what caused it. Only three things come to mind. Breeding, staying on damp bedding for too long, or internal parasites like flagellates which cause inflammation.
