After he ate that rat, I decided I really need to make him a new shallow hide. He crawled under the one he has, and it was almost like a kid playing turtle. He was lifting the hide and moving it about as he settled into a comfortable position.
I think I'll fire up the table saw this afternoon and make him one like I made for Magellan. He needs a little more room to grow under his hide. ;)
