    The only other setting that I could think of is if somehow H1 was changed to C1. H is for heating which you would want and C for cooling. I did find a list of manuals for you though. ETC controller

    Thanks for the link. I didn't even know it had a setting to use it for cooling. I checked it though, and it was set on H1. I think I may just try to replace the strip and see if that is the problem. If not, I don't know, guess the unit is trash.

    Went to Lowe's, bought a $4.00 power strip just to see if that was the problem, and sure enough it was bad. Now its working fine again. Thanks to everyone for the help!
