Ok, I PMed her, we'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully I didn't scare her off, LOL.

I tried, and that's all I can do.

Guys, don't go about spamming people in pm's.... That's bad for the site. We selected like 5 people who were being ridiculed, big difference....

Well, they were asking what would be labeled as newbie questions, and were met with snide remarks and somewhat rough comments. Just people being jerks.

Don't spam, but do your absolute best to spread the word :)

Can't say I was abused, but part of the reason I started coming here was because I was afraid to post on kingsnake, lol. Not saying everybody there is bad, I check the forums daily and they offer some good advice, but it seemed less inviting and the small questions seem to get ignored.

I noticed the same thing, Lindsay. And then I felt like I wanted to answer those "small" questions, but I would probably get reemed for being a newbie (at least to that forum) giving advice, and who am I to give advice on such a "well known" forum. I've given plenty of advice, and asked plenty of questions on other forums. Oh well, that is why I come here, you know? And I love it!

I personally have never posted on kingsnake. Once I found Ball-Pythons I was sold and saw no reason to go anywhere else.

Before this site, I had posted several times with questions on kingsnake. I think I got answered once. I go there once in a while to read...but thats it. It's way more friendly here. :D
