I'd just keep a careful eye on him for signs at this point.

Put minimal water in there overnight. A few years back, we woke up to turn our baby red tails light on one morning and he was dead. My husband picked him up and a ton of water came out. Keep an eye on him for strange behaviour.
The mucus is still a little weird. And the fact he spent 4 days in 70 degrees.

I would get his temps up to the proper place they should be first. Proper husbandry goes along ways to keeping a healthy animal. And then keep a close eye on him.

X2. His temps need to be righted. 70 degrees is way to cold. 90 basking spot 80-85 hot side, 75-80 cool. It should be no lower than 75 on cool side!

You could get a dome lamp and put a ceramic heat emitter in it and hang it over the aquariums screen on the cool side...also You can cover 2/3 of the screen to help on humidity.

That would improve surface spot temps, but will do nothing for the ambient temp on the cool side.
