Pastels as they age

Valentine Pirate mine is about the same as your October 2011 pic and she is 7 months old. I don't think mine is quite as bright as your but close. I hope she ages well.

Here is a couple pics let me know what you think. My daughter is holding her and she started into shed at the end of that week.

Very pretty. I think pastels look their best somewhere between 6 months and 1 year of age, and then tend to get more brown. I've yet to see a pastel that hasn't gotten SOME brown with age.
