I have once big cave(old caves that they don't make any
More  ) my cage drops to 73 at night, but I have half paper towel half ceramic tile substrate. The tiles will read at 80-85 thought out the night from the day lights heating them up and they stay nice and toasty for my girl. So she will
Usually sleeps in them on the cooler side of the tank at night, where the lights are on at night that area stays at around 80 degrees since there's no tiles over on the side just the lights keeping it warm. My female keeps her head on the cave sometimes do she can watch everything and other times she will go under neith it
