    Maybe come up with a compromise with your dad?
    Instead of driving, can he take public transportation instead? That way, he can be off on his own, but not driving.

    Not unless he calls a taxi. No buses run near where he lives. But Myself, my brother, or my wife can handle anything between the 3 of us if he'd just call and let us know.

    I agree with taking his keys. Or just take the battery out of his car. It's not that you just dont *want* him to drive, it's very dangerous for him to do so.
