If its dehydration it should be. If not give it about an hour then check again (sometimes it takes some time for it to right itself)

Urates... So yes pee. The white stuff is sometimes accompanied with liquid pee as well.

Yeah there were some yellow stuff with it too, but sure enough it's been 30 min and the dents gone. Thanks for the great help everyone like always! :D

Um... No
Dont mess with the eyes, if there are stuck eye caps, increase humidity and wait for next shed. If your not absolutely sure that its stuck eye caps you could do a lot of damage to the living eye cap. Best way to be sure is an inspection of the shed skin, looking for missing eye caps.
You Can safely remove the eye caps by taking some tape and lightly pressing it against the eye, Or use a q-tip but it sounds like it's just dehydrated.
And just in case you need to hear it twice, DO NOT DO THIS...way bad things can happen.

Well of course you need to check for any caps in the first place .I know when there's stuck shed on the one I have can't say the same for others, so I know what to do when that time comes I've did this countless times and it has worked. do whatever works for you.

It could be, but it's hard to say without seeing it. If it is a stuck eye cap and it's just a dent it's not a big deal. It's when you have several eye caps stuck that you need to get it off right away.

Sorry to bump and old thread but my snake just shed again, I checked the shed and he shed one full piece eye caps and all. But he has a little indention on only one of his eyes again. His humidity stays around 60% and I had it at 70% during shed. I only see this indention after a shed and I'm pretty sure it goes away after a few days. Should I be worried about any illness or anything?

I wouldn't worry so much about illness. This might fall into the injury category, but I don't think that is the case either.
Keep an eye on it for a few days and see if it corrects itself like last time.
Starting to see a pattern here. Maybe this is just the way it goes when your snake sheds.
Great to hear the shed came off in one piece. That is a sign of good husbandry!
