Not to nit pick or anything, but that is my point right there, most seem to use it "after" an issue is there, instead of to "prevent" a possible issue. obviously people are going to use what they are going to use, good or bad, my experiences are that when the issue is there and inexperienced or novice experience use this stuff, they over spray everything everyday hoping it is a quick fix for the problem, (like using nix and other chemicals directly on their animals, hey if it works cool, i am just not doing it). when just a quick spray of this stuff once a month or so on your mass cleaning days is more then sufficient. This stuff has never caused me any issues with any of the animals i have owned in the past and present. and since most get mites in one of two ways, 1 Live Feeders from pet stores, or 2 incoming animals that had them before purchase, having this stuff will help from them spreading throughout your house and your collections.

I was personally effected by the Pet store infestation from live feeders, and my collection at that time was very large and very varied, costing me a ton in rectifying the problem, it took a lot of time and a lot of money, that is when i started using Prevent-a-mite as a preventative, not a treatment, and i have never had the issue with my animals again.
