    Did he strike the f/t mice or don't strike at all? Were you looking at him while you drop the f/t mice in the tank. Cover the tank with blanket and leave the f/t mice in the tank. Mine only strike but will not eat if I am watching her.

    Did not strike, just plain not interested. I have 3 sides of the aquarium covered with towels to decrease stress. Both times I attempted to feed I left the mouse in overnight and still there the next morning.
