    I'd say Russian Ratsnake, the one I have is awesome.
    Active durring the day, great for display.
    No agression, she will climb right up my arm when I open her cage, and she pounds the food.
    She wasn't easy to find, I can't believe they are not more common, I have no idea how hard they would be to acquire in Australia.

    I paid $90 for her +$50 shipping

    Two words......Ball.....Python.
    Also get it from a breeder, do your research on here for good ones. Do yourself an favor and Don't buy from the big box stores
