I don't think he's stuck at all, and I think you will have a hard time pulling him out! If you try to pull him out, he will resist and you could end up hurting him.
Once he comes out, you may want to get a new water dish that doesn't have this problem. He will outgrow it eventually, but once they find a new place to hide, they remember. I had to stop using carpet substrate because mine learned she could crawl under it and I had to take everything out of the tank to get to her. It's not like it's a BAD thing, it's just a bloody nuisance when they hide where we don't want them to.
That is insane! I would be one freaked out snake owner! I would end up breaking that sculpture!

My Baloo crawled into my laptop desk one time and I remember panicking because there was no way to get her out. I wound up placing the thing in her vivarium and waiting for the worst but 4 days later she came out and wandered around as if nothing had happened. I'll tell you this much if I had just left her alone it wouldn't have taken her 4 days but I kept trying to get her to come out. Just saying...

I learned to leave them be... when he does come out cover it with tape. But you can also leave it watch one of my older videos of my first BP stuck in a tight spot
Remember this was my first snake and I haven't done any research and didn't know better but I learned since then just to leave them alone she was in a tight holding spot, which is what they like
Haha, they are amazing. When he comes out, I would get a new water dish!

I wouldn't recommend using tape inside an enclosure. I doubt it would be of much use in a water bowl like the OP has anyway. Leaving it be would probably be the better option, or getting a different bowl without tight/jagged gaps.
