Vermiculite or hatch rite?

Vermiculite.... I have only been able to find it a LOWE's though. It does not seem like any other hardware/garden stores in my area carry it.

More expensive, but I like hatch rite. I have only had a handful of clutches, but I haven't lost an egg. No issues with humidity.
I haven't tried vermiculite but I have no reason to switch as I only have a few clutches a year so the price is not as big an issue.

I use hatch rite and like it! Just weigh the box and check it every 2 weeks and add water if needed. Typically a little water is all it needs 1/2 way through incubation in a sealed incubation box.

Well went to Lowes and they only had a bag of Vermiculite that had additives in it. Was told they don't sell just plain Vermiculite. Anyone where else I can buy it? Online maybe?

I know my local walmart had perlite with no additives. Not sure about the Vermiculite.

Check an ACE hardware I had a hard time finding it too.
