    should i put the prob in his hot end hide?

    i would make sure my probe is on the substrate om the hot side. Whatever spot i think would be the hottest and then i would do the same for the cold side. I have a rack so i use a heat gun to check surface temps on the hot side,cold side and then ill move the substrate and measure what the temp is directly where the mat is touching the tub

    I can put the probe right at substrate lvl but I can't really put the unit that low cause my bp will pull it off the wall
