So to update i tried feeding my redtail and when I got her out I realized she had blue eyed syndrome.....yup getting ready for her fire shed with me:) however since seeing my nic boa eat while in the middle of shed with skin still hanging off of him I figured I would try anyways. She ended up just getting very upset with the rat and biting and hissing at it unlike anything I have set seen. So I figured hey blitz hadn't eaten in like 6 months and he ate the other day but it was just a small rat and I don't want to waste the rat or freeze it so I figured I would try. And he ate AGAIN! Well I was amazed and now that he is fat and happy I'm pretty confident in saying that my bp is back on feed ;)
