It's a pic of the okeechobee vet hospital staff in Tampa Bay. What paper was this in and if I can find their number I will contact them to make them aware of that pic and comments in the photo.

Wow nice sleuthing guys! The ad came from the the Ashland Locals Guide. They have a website: http://ashland.oregon.localsguide.com and the only phone number I could find was their advertising info number: 541-482-4713

The vet office just replied to my email and said they contacted the paper to have it removed and they asked if I had the number in the add. If you have the number from it can you please post it or pm me with it so I can give it to the vet office so they can contact the person who put the add up. Thanks. I will post the email that I received later.
