You would be soo much better off using a tub. I always had problems with temps and humidity in a glass tank, was always waay up and down on a daily basis, plus they are super easy to clean. Glass is better for lizards or fish. All my snakes are in tubs or PVC tanks. PVC is the way to go if you can afford to.
