    WOW he's stunning!

On to the topic at hand, leave him be; he needs to adjust and you constantly checking up on him is more then likely stressing him out. I know it's hard to contain yourself when you get a new snake (especially one so friggin' pretty) but let him adjust before bothering him too much.

My spider male was the exact same way when I got him and he is still on the shy side after giving him all the time in the world to adjust. Some are just shy I guess, but again, just give him a little bit of time.

    LOL!

    Maybe they're related....

Until Leon outgrew it, he had one of those fake turtle shell hides.

It was hilarious to see a skinny necked snake head poking out of a turtle shell.

When it got the point that he would start crawling out of it and it would come right along with him [looking even more like a weird turtle] I got him two other matching hides and cleaned the turtle shell up for one of the smaller girls.

My pastel was like that for a few days when I got him. I got him from a breeder and he wasn't handled much. He is still jumpy sometimes but he's gotten better. It just takes time for them to calm down and get used to you. Also that is one beautiful bumble bee :gj:

Lmao thanks everyone. He brought three over to me, even though he was thee most shy out of all three i still chose him. Something about shy snakes attracts me :P . I fed him last night, he hadn't eaten for about 6 days. He took it with no problems. He even came out of his hut at night and was exploring for a while. The only thing that seems to get him is when the lights are on and something quickly moves in front of him, or sometimes if you lift the hut he will shoot back really fast.

The good thing is, he has no wobble, what so ever, and even if he DID, i wouldn't mind.
