The more people mention USARK, the better. There's no legal issue involved with mentioning them, or saying you're giving to them, either (so long as it's true).

well i asked permission none the less, it would be a sales site and I don't want to look like I am pitching the name to improve sales but hopefully promote the concept among other breeders.

It is a great idea .
I already renewed my membership with USARK, and plan to keep making small donations through the year as before.
I got one possible litter this year that I tried for last season. If I hit I planned to donate one or two for the USARK auctions.
If every one here donated just $10 :please: it would raise over $200K, do that monthly thtt would go far for us raising money
