Remember with the hydrofarms they have a very poor accuracy rating (2ºC just under 4ºF up or down) The temp you set could have little to do with the temp you get. A thermometer you are confident in is critical. I would also avoid temps higher than 91ºF as most (99%) cheap (under 200$) are +/-2ºF
