Im sure the strap will probably be fine, as for the bowl, sand it smooth and hit with a lighter untill it turns smooth

Nice job on the tubs. I always solder inside and I always think to myself, "why didn't I do this outside?!?! o_O"

I have some wacked out hatchling hides as well. I wouldn't worry about the hide too much though. You may not like how it turned out, but I bet your ball will love it!
And you're going to have to replace it when your snake grows anyway.

The strap is fine too.

Idk I've seen others have them. I just don't want it escaping, as I have 3 cats and a dog in the house too. Better safe than sorry.
