Yes, a Sterling is 3 gene, but she is not a Sterling.

I'm guessing a pewter lesser or pewter butter. Or maybe a pastel het red lesser.

im only seeing pewter. unless there is a highlighter gene like vanilla(my guess) or fire(i dont think fire) then i cant figure it out. maybe its a het pied. you didnt specify if it was 3 co dom gene's so maybe its a het?????
