    lopez the ban does not effect retics at the moment but then again at the moment it does not affect rocks,burms, and yellows yet. Trust me they will weasel the rest of those animals into it. They needed to break the ice slowly and make it feel like we saved something when really we did nothing. I strongly suggest if you want to keep these animals to donate anything you can to usark (even though I dont always see eye to eye with them) so we can sue these guys and get our animals back. Thats the only real shot we have now

    My understanding is that the reason they have broken it up this way is to hide the monetary impact.

    So, these 4 snakes represent X amount of economic impact.

    The next batch will be counted separately in terms of economic impact, see?

    If all 9 were listed at once, they would need a vote in Congress due to the level of impact. This way, they don't need one.
