Craigslist has been a bounty of strange and weird mice, too. So it's not just interesting snake finds!

I've found mice that are illegal to own. . . mice that have super rare genes, and some that have un-known genes!

Hmmmm......I might have to go pic these up!

Whenever I'm getting rid of normals, and my first year breeding leos, I've used CL to post ads. Heck I have an ad up right now to for two normal males :P

If I lived in the area and had the space I'd pick up that first guy in a heart beat. Even if he did wind up just being a nice looking normal, he's a REALLY nice looking normal haha.

Probably because people see a snake and go "oh no, a venomous monster that will grow to 50 feet and thirst for human blood!!" and flag it to "save" other people from meeting a terrible end. :P

Do you know how many people have asked me (multiple times) if either my ball or boa was venomous? WHILE I was holding it?

EDIT: I just tried the links, they work. I guess CL agreed that the OP was doing nothing wrong?

No, they're flagged because Craigslist doesn't permit the sale of animals through its site. It only allows adoptions.
Obviously, if someone has a ball python listed for $250, it is for sale, not for adoption. They aren't all stupid.

I honestly have no sympathy for the sellers who get flagged off. They are breaking the TOS, and frankly, Craigslist should simply ban them after the third time it happens.
