I am in NH and they are in PA about a 14hr drive round trip. i will be calling the cops down there, and filling an internet fraud, i did not get what i paid for. i guess i can also push mail fraud also. but i am going to see what my options are. there has to be something i can do.

I know you can sue her but not sure how that works since your in different locations. I would definately call the police and talk to them about it.

First off very sorry for your loss and experience unfortunately there are alot of turds in this hobby that need to be exposed, so kudos to you for the video documentation. Thats not the worst but one of the worst packing jobs I have seen very unfortunate for the animals.Seems alot of people have over looked the ups label on the box at the beginning of the video, I would be contacting ups with the sellers name and info because ups does not ship live reptiles, not to mention the live plants inked on the box which is misrepresentation of the contents. I would prob go as far as talking to ups to see who you could send the vid to for documentation. I hope you end up getting compensated for your loss

You'd have to call your local police, not theirs. Also, I think posting to the BOI (which I see you've done) as well and black listing their names in the reptile community will do a heck of a lot more than the police can. You could probably file a report but I really don't see it going anywhere. Same goes for craigslist scams :(

Omg, I'm so so sorry. How devastating! I can't imagine how you feel. You were VERY smart to take a vid of everything. Will do you well in court, that's for sure!
