My UTH is from the T in python to the right side of the tank... It's really not worth keeping a glass tank.. I might do a plastic tank for winter and keep this glass tank for summer (lets the heat out well and im not home most of the day) I'm having a hard time keeping a high enough temp when im not home all day (Winter). I'm just holding 75 degrees when it's 50 degrees outside... i cant picture at 20 degrees...

Another thing i do when it's summer is i put the water on half the UTH and the hot spot hide on the other half of the UTH... You have to fill the bowl a lot more tho.
