Yes, both parents of the litter are BEW, all the offspring appear to be BEW (some with dalmatian spotting) except the masked guy, he is a surrogate.

There is only one gene that makes mega colon as far as I know, and that's the dominate trait high white.
You can breed recessive high white until your blue in the face and you will not make a MC baby ever.
All blazes are the result of the high white gene, the other genetics in the rat have nothing to do with mega colon just the high white gene.

No BEW's are not all white, in fact most are not all white, and yes the whole litter is BEW.
The gene covers up other colors or at least tries to.
As far as I know all masked rats are BEW's, the gene just fails to completely turn the coat white.
The comment you make about using hooded rats is probably why many large breeders use hooded rats
