So I got home last night after work and I set up Toe's enclosure (didn't have time to do anything really before I left for work) and after I got it set up I noticed he does have all his toes, but he had multiple layers of stuck shed on his toes. I soaked him for about 15 minutes and tried to get most of it off, and he was a trooper through it. What are the chances of him losing any of his toes from me getting it off? Not sure how long it's been there, and even after soaking it was a task getting it off. Felt bad for the poor guy :(

As long as the circulation hasn't been cut off he should be just fine. You would have probably noticed trouble when you were working on them, brown/black ends are dead. Necrotic toes just sort of fall off and really are OK (keep them clean). If you saw none of that he should be good to go. Keep an eye on him the next few sheds to be sure it goes well. If any damage has been done there is nothing you can do now anyway.
