My room temp is between 68-70 maybe dropping to 67 at night. I am wanting to get avics and from what Ive read temps are 75-82 so that's why I'm wanting to raise temps. But if you are saying upper 60s then I should be fine right? And I really like using a larger enclosure idea so if temps need to be raised that's the way I'll go.

All of mine stay at room temps except for my burgandy goliath bird eater. The night time temps in the winter regularly fall to 68 at night and I have never had an issue personally and I know of many people who do the same.

My T's are very happy in the 68 - 70 degree range, the Avic also. :D
