Another possibility (if you're not sure if these were there before): some albinos have "paradox" like spots: little "dirty" spots that are actually the color of the scales and not just dirt on top of the scales. My new little albino Colombian has a little cluster of these paradox spots on her neck and she is mite free, it's just apart of her color. To my knowledge these spots do not go away.
Im gonna go with this, mites from my experience are like chiggers, they attack one area a lot and than start spreading this to me looks more like paradox spots. Also atleast in my experience my snakes would soak only the affected area (I guess trying to drown them?).

I looked him over last night and just now....98% sure it s not mites no movement and nothing that i could get to come off...im thinking maybe scratches from feeding and from the hide he stays in ....thanks everyone for the fast response....

I have a paradox albino, and it doesn't look like that at all. Paradox is very distinctive. IMO it looks like mite bites or scratches/bites from a feeder.
