I've seen a bug eyed one in person, but I have to laugh at people pulling random numbers from who knows where. 50% really? What are you basing this off of? You do have a higher chance of bug eyes with lesser x lesser, but the odds are nowhere near a 50/50 ratio. Also seems that lines that have thrown a bug eyed BEL are more likely to do so in the future.
