Once he shed I started looking at the morph list to figure out what he was. Pastel was the closest thing at the time but he keeps getting so much brighter with each shed.
Is there a chance he could be something like a desert? I don't know the cost of that morph is it around that of a pastel because I paid $70 for him and the female. That's one of the main reason I figured he was a Pastel also.
Thank you everybody. :) Everyone always loves my little boy(haha he's around 800 grams now, getting to be a nice big boy). He's locked with Big Momma now and it's their 2nd hook up so I'm hoping for a nice clutch of eggs with pretty little ones... **Excited!**:snake:
Chances are he's just a very nice Pastel. It is interesting that he was sold as a normal though. Deserts are prohibitively expensive in comparison to Pastels, and are one of the more rare and desired morphs on the market right now, though there is some controversy about the ability of females to lay fertile eggs. The best I can say is that the only way to really start figuring stuff out is to breed him and see what pops up, and it seems like you're working on that now! Good luck with him either way, he's definitely one of the finest examples of a Pastel I've seen! I'm sure none of us would mind seeing some more pictures of him!
Cheers,

Wow that pastel is hot! Looks like a lemon pastel in one pic with how bright he is :) And those white on the normal that the breeder says is "normal" looks like scarring to me especially with the way it's healed after shedding.
