    I started out with repti-bark and it was fine but I heard the loose eco earth held humidity better, and I have to say it does. I have no problem spot cleaning it after my ball messes in it. I just take a small butter dish and scoop it out no problem. When I replace it I scoop most of it out into a bag and then use the vacuum cleaner so suck out the rest. Its a breeze.
