How many of y'all ride? on/off road

Ive been riding since i was 11, in 2001 I bought a 1981 yamaha MX100 (unfortunetly no pics of my bike :/) rode theat for several years, then i got a Yamaha 2004 TTR-125L, again no pics right now, sold that in 2006 in 2007 got a brand new Yamaha YZ250F. I loved this bike...

As soon as I get money, Im getting a YZ450F, Street riding is fun, but dirt is awesome in its own way. Riding/motorcycles have always been my first real passion, and its never going to change.

^ Have you rode the 2 stroke yz250 to compare you the 4 stroke?

I have ridden on the back of a bike for many years and I want a cbr SO friggin bad!!!! I WILL have one one day, before I get too much older, lol!

I also love 4 wheelers. Don't have one of those either, but one day, dammit.

I have not , I havent had much 2 stroke time, I have ridden a 99 kx500 thought :D. Ive never been a big 2 stroke fan, basically all ive known was 4 strokes so to be honest power bands kinda intimidate me, especially at the face of a jump. (My buddy had a 99 kx125 and i did enjoy that because it wasnt ridiculous to control)

P.S. Im with you, IMO Yamaha is the only way to go for off-road.

This is Vypyrz in it's current incarnation. I bought it brand new, out of the crate, back in 2000. I've changed its look a few times over the years, and rolled alot of miles on it, and it still gets me where I'm going with style, attitude, and alot of V-Twin shaking. :cool:

this is the first bike of any sort ive ever owned, hell id never even touched a bike before i got this so she was my first lol. she runs a little rough and has a few scrathes here and there but over the winter ill be fixing her up and adding a few goodies, dk what exactly yet.

we also have a 2005 yamaha raptor 660r and yamaha yfz 450. the 450 has a bunch done to it and is pretty much race ready even though its never raced lol.

Yea I always thought of that. It would suck to hit the powerband just before you come off a jump or something like that. I did have a big wheel cr80 it was fun but the mixing of the oil and gas ect... was too much hassel. I wouldnt mind getting my hands on a 426 but I have to get another sport bike first. I want a pre 00 busa but seems they cost more then the newer ones.
