I agree with you... I took the guys word for What he said which I will sum it, "I want out of the business" he was selling albinos for 50-150 and a full grown spider for I think It was 80? He had the more expansive ones on the table and a little sign on the ground that said "ask for more" I originally wanted a regular pastel and he said "You might like this one more" and pulled out my super... I should have been the smart buyer but I just couldn't walk away. I wasn't the only one who bought from him from his "tub" he sold a pied for like 400 something to the Guy next to me, and to be honest, I really bought the snake Because the Guy who bought the pied wanted the super. I should have.mentioned more of this to begin with, and again, I'm sorry..
Its all good. I do not intend to be rude, either. It can be hard telling if a person is trying to come off as rude or not online sometimes. After getting to know a lot of the people here, that is rarely the case, but we can be rather firm/opinionated sometimes. Myself especially. At least you're one of the few who are actually trying to fix the problem instead of just complaining and letting it die. THAT will turn me into a very rude person. :D
I would recommend lowering your daytime hot spot temps as well. 94-96 is kind of pushing it and 100 is definitely too much. I'd like to see closer to 90-92 hot side and 80-82 cool side. Getting started and getting everything figured out is the hardest part. Once ya get that down, its usually smooth sailing from there on out. :gj:
Ever heard the expressions, "You get what you pay for" or "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is"? A lot of truth there, but hey, ya live, ya learn, right? I've jumped on great deals like that before and they usually came back to bite me.

Yeah, you ft Why you pay for, that is why I asked about breeders. :) I never intend to be mean. And I'm sorry for such a late reply wanted to wait until his vet apportionment was over. Ill more for that after I get home. But I just couldn't resist a full grown male super/regular. (I really don't know any more he's changing color to much..LOL) but it did bite my ass. And another note. I let fights that people start die, I give my opinion and my experiences to help people. I will never insult someone unlss they say like "I threw my snake outside Because it bit me) thank you for your advice though, I plan on doing a Complete overhaul of my snake cages soon, and HOPEFULLY no more lights! I'll post some vet info later!
