Not sure what it is.

exactly it almost looks like a piece of dirt, or something between her scales and when she bends a bit or if u rub up from her vent towards her head you can feel it but then it is smooth when u rub the other way

Maybe try to soak her in some warm water to see if the possible debris breaks free. Hope it helps, :D
