Rat breeding rack idea

I weld. I put the cost up for a 14 bin rat rack wood versus metal.
I build them out of wood....
You can build 3 wood racks for the cost of one metal. And, that was costs about 4 years ago... I'm sure it's worse now.
Time alone is a major factor. I build a 14 bin rack out of wood in about 8 hours. Metal, probably triple that...

We had some metal covers made to fit HD tubs. We screw the metal covers to the 2 x 4 support legs and a rodent rack is formed. Simple design and works great. The cost for the covers might be a little more but for our need, it was easier to only have to cut a couple 2 x4's instead of cutting all the wood needed for a rack design.
