My BP flinches at food?

I have a ~700 gram 1 year old female who does this. When I first got her she would eat a mouse every 5-6 days. She started the 'flinching' and moving away when I tried to switch her to rats. She prefers mice and if she gets close enough to smell a rat she usually goes away from it and seems to stress her out. When I drop a jumbo mouse however she gets just as close, realizes was it is, and wraps it up. I am trying to switch her over to rats but its infrequent. She ate a small rat on October 1st and 2 Jumbo mice 2 weeks ago. but not any of the other offerings in between. I am probably going to just offer her a rat every sunday until she starts eating them even if it takes a while as long as she maintains healthy weight.

Maybe she doesn't like what you are feeding her?
