Imprinting?

I guess I could see it happening, but I have so many diff rats that a ball never gets the same looking one usually.

Now, I have balls that won't eat hairless rats, but any other rat is absolutely no problem.

It can happen, but it's unlikely in my experience. I have fed mice, rats, and asfs with no problem switching between the rodents.
